Delivery is Free on all products, locally within South Africa.
- Main Centres take 2-3 Days
- Regional Area takes 3-5 days.
The offering on this website is available to South African clients only. Please ensure that your address is completely accurate.
We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of any shipping delays. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum. Subject to availability and receipt of payment, our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched. Delivery is confirmed by way of a booking waybill number provided by the courier company. Please note this may take longer during our sale periods or other high peak seasons. Delivery time can also vary in case of national holidays or custom delays.
Please note the following important points:
- Our trusted courier partners are hand to hand couriers, no P.O Box Addresses or freight forwarder addresses.
- The Courier Operates from 8:00AM-17:00PM, Monday to Friday
- Please make sure someone is present at the address to sign for your purchase. If someone will not be present, please use your work address or an alternative trusted address.
- The full amount on order must be paid before effecting delivery. Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard.
- Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays, and are subject to signature authorisation.
- Order may be delayed if the following applies:
6.1 Customer is not present to receive order (delivery is effected twice by the courier, if customer is still not present to sign for order, it is returned to Pop Style, at the customers expense.
6.2 Address is incorrect on order. If incorrect, it will be returned to Pop Style, at the customers expense and re-shipped.
6.3 Natural disasters or if any other situation beyond our control occurs.
6.4 Buildings with specified Mail rooms will have your parcel delivered there, only when the courier is not allowed up to your floor.
- The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping details and the respective tracking number. Email updates are active so that you know where your package is at all times.
Packaging
Your order will be shipped in a neutral box to protect your shipment from robbery. All orders are inspected prior to dispatch to ensure your items are in pristine condition.
