RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

At Pop Style we unfortunately do NOT offer any exchanges, returns or refunds. We work on a firm agreement with our suppliers; hence we only bring in a limited number of items.

It is imperative that you read this policy prior to placing any orders with us. We may consider altering this policy under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of management, example: factory fault, product damaged or stolen while in our care.

The provision of goods and services by Pop Style (Pty) Ltd is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Pop Style (Pty) Ltd will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 5% administration fee of the cost of your total invoice.

It is also imperative that you do all required research regarding sizing and fitting of all products prior to completing the payment.
